Grooming Rates
Usual rates are $35 for short haired coat. For long haired coat is usually
$55 - $65.
Grooming rates vary and greatly depend on breed, temperament, condition of coat and difficulty in the style.
Also,there are additional charges for *de-matting.

The grooming salon requires my dog to stay with them for long hours, sometimes all day, how long does it take to do my dog with a mobile grooming service?
Grooming salons groom a larger volume of pets per day. With a mobile service your pet gets one on one attention from a professional groomer from start to finish and you don't even have to leave your driveway! Your pet is groomed in the mobile unit in their familiar surroundings. Grooming time normally averages 1 to 2 hours per pet. Grooming time will greatly depend on the breed, temperament and condition of the coat. Your pet is never caged or in a room filled with other barking dogs.

I work a lot and and my schedule is hectic, how do you work around it?
On the first visit we would prefer the owner be present to introduce the dog and discuss dog personality, styles health concerns and conditions etc, after that, if you are comfortable and satisfied with the service, your presence is not always required. A lot of our clients will leave access to the pet and a power source while they are away at work or attending to a busy schedule. That way you can come home to a clean professionally groomed pet and you didn't have to spend the day waiting around. Mobile is great for those busy households who love their pets but need their days off to do other things rather than arranging their day around a grooming salon.

What do I need to do to get mobile service for my pet?
All you need to do is pick up the phone and give us a call to set up an appointment. Be advised to plan ahead and call to make your appointment now before your pet is due for his next groom, a few days is usually needed but Christmas time comes it can get very busy so please give 2-3 weeks notice in December and end of November.

*PLEASE NOTE: I WILL NOT de mat a pet that is heavily matted! I am a firm believer that grooming should be an enjoyable and relaxing time for your pet and in no way should be associated with pain. If your pet is heavily matted a shave down would be suggested and performed, comfort is far more important than vanity. If you wish to not have your pet shaved and to avoid matting in the future, I suggest regular brushing between appointments so as to be able to run a comb through the fur prior to your appointment. I am more than happy to educate clients on the importance of coat care and maintenance between grooms.
